On May 6, the Dongguan Municipal Government announced that the city will build the “Dongguan Foreign Trade Transformation and Upgrade Support Service Center” in the Lianfeng Creative Valley of Zhongtian Creative Valley. The center will follow the “political and enterprise co-construction” model. As an operating organization, Guangdong Zhongtian Creative Industry Investment Co., Ltd. will build a “foreign trade transformation and upgrading support service center” mainly for small and medium-sized enterprises by bringing together domestic and Hong Kong and Taiwan transformation and upgrading service resources.

The Dongguan Municipal Finance granted a total of no more than 10 million yuan in support for the “Foreign Trade Transformation and Support Service Center” for the first three years, for site rent, platform construction, management fees, daily publicity operations and excellent institutional rewards.
“Lianfeng Creative Valley” is located at No. 34 Guantai Road, Guancheng. It is recognized as “the first batch of city-level creative industrial parks” by the Dongguan Municipal Government. It has 152 companies, including software design, network services, creative design and culture. Enterprises such as the media have a good foundation for the convergence of resources for the transformation and upgrading of service enterprises. At present, 16 service agencies such as the Hong Kong Productivity Council, the Dongguan Public Technology Innovation Platform, and the (Taiwan) Consortium China Productivity Center intend to enter the “Lianfeng Creative Valley” in Guancheng.
