On the morning of July 10th, the Sino-British Low-Carbon Environmental Protection Industry Demonstration Zone was held in Dongguan City Government, marking the official launch of the Zhongyuan Park Project of the Songshan Lake International Financial Innovation Park under the Sino-British Low Carbon Environmental Protection Industrial Park. It means that the development of low-carbon environmental protection industry in our city has taken an important step. Deputy Secretary of Dongguan Municipal Committee, Mayor Yuan Baocheng, Vice Mayor Lu Xiulu, and British special guest Tim Yeo, the British Consul General in Guangzhou Consul General Shi Feng and other leaders and guests attended the event.


Mayor Yuan Baocheng and the British representative Tim Yeo jointly unveiled the demonstration area, Dongguan Water Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Sino-British (Guangdong) CCUS Center, Beijing Bishuiyuan Technology Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Securities Innovation Investment Management Co., Ltd., Dongguan Four representatives of enterprises entering the park, including Recycling Resources Co., Ltd., signed a letter of intent to enter the park.

It is understood that the Sino-British Low-Carbon Environmental Protection Industrial Park is led by Dongguan Water Investment Group and is located in Block C of Songshan Lake International Financial Innovation Park. It consists of 12 ecologically unique buildings with a total area of 14,111 square meters. The park will create a demonstration experience zone and quickly introduce well-known domestic and foreign scientific research institutions, financial institutions, low-carbon enterprises and institutions of higher learning to Dongguan to promote the steady development of the city's low-carbon industry.
