Beichen (Wanke) Green Building Industry Center Project officially settled in the Daoqiang Regional Innovation Center

On the morning of March 1, Daoyu Town held a grand launch and signing ceremony for the construction of the “Three Centers” project. Mr. Xie Canhui, representative of Guangdong Zhongtian Group, signed a strategic investment agreement with the Daozhen Town Government to sign the Beichen Green Building Industry Center. The signing of the agreement means that the Beichen (Wanke) Green Building Industry Center project invested by Guangdong Zhongtian Group officially settled in the Daoqiang Regional Innovation Center.

Daoyu Town launches “three center construction”



It is understood that Daoyu Town has put forward the working ideas of building a “three centers” of regional innovation centers, specialized trading centers and compound tourism centers around the development goals of “innovation nodes and Meishui Township”.

Yang Xiaolu, deputy mayor of Dongguan, pointed out that the construction of the "three centers" is an important "milestone" in the transformation and upgrading process of Daojiao Town, and also a powerful "booster" for achieving innovative development and green development.

It is understood that the “Regional Innovation Center” includes the construction of a modern industrial system dominated by “six new” industries and supplemented by characteristic traditional industries, creating an innovative gathering area that is beginning to take shape, creating a new material professional town and building a collaborative and innovative military and civilian. The Beichen Project is China's first green building industrialization park integrating production, learning and research. As a new material center of Daowei, it has been listed as a major preparatory project for Dongguan in 2016. It is planned to start construction in December this year.

At present, Beichen (Wanke) Green Building Industry Center has signed cooperation framework agreements with 12 domestic and foreign well-known enterprises such as Siemens (China) Co., Ltd., Saint-Gobain Weibo Green Building Materials (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Shengxiang Group.

Project Description:

The Beichen Green Building Industry Center project is positioned as the first green building industrialization park in China, integrating production, learning and research. It will be built with the “Vanke+China Architecture+ProLogis+Leading Cooperation Resources in the Industry”. The green building industrial park, which is integrated with the testing center, research and development center, logistics center and supporting service center, forms a green building industry cluster with architectural design as the leader, technology as the core and cultural creativity as the soul.

Vanke will cooperate with domestic and foreign excellent brand enterprises to jointly build a green science and technology park, based in Dongguan, radiating the Pearl River Delta, facing the whole of China.

The project covers an area of 303 mu and the construction area is 400,000 square meters. The first phase covers 142 mu and the construction area is 190,000.

Among them: production center, testing center, research and development center a total of 93,000 square meters.
