As the capital of Guangxi, the central city of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, Nanning is a comprehensive transportation hub connecting the sea passages in southwest China. In 2013, Zhongtian entered Nanning, and since then it has taken root in Guangxi, opening a chapter in the depth of the southwest hinterland.

In 2017, the Zhongtian Guangxi team continued to push into the surrounding city circle while deepening the core area of Nanning. Follow up with bidding, equity mergers and acquisitions, and old city renovations. As long as there are projects, they will be left behind. As long as there is one percent hope, they will pay 100% to fight for it. A year later, they have followed up a total of 95 projects of various types, and the hardships are self-evident. Especially worth mentioning is the “Macau Park” project, which is a very high-quality residential project in the downtown area of Nanning. In 2017, the team worked tirelessly and cooperated with the partners to finalize the project.

From Guangxi Nanning City to Wuming District, the round-trip is about 80 kilometers. In 2017, the Zhongtian Guangxi team spent half a year running the 80km to nearly 5,000km. Along the road, where are the hills, where there are grasslands, and without thinking, they can count as many treasures. In order to expand the Wuming market, they have traveled to and from Wuming more than 60 times before and after. They firmly believe that "Kung Fu pays off," as long as they work hard, there will be a day of harvest.

In the end, the team locked in the industrialization industry project in Wuming. This project is one of the representatives of the “Industry + Supporting” model innovation development of the project outside Zhongtian Province, and it is also a new attempt of the “Industry +” business model outside the province.
