In order to further enhance the capital operation and management level of the management and financial personnel of the Group and its subsidiaries, and enhance the financing ability and risk resistance capability of the company in the operation process, on March 31, the Group specially invited financial management authority experts and Tsinghua University economic management. Dr. Zhou Li, a professor of accounting at the college, held a special lecture on “The Real Estate Capital Operation and Financial Management in Real Estate” at Yinfeng Garden Hotel. Mr. Zhang Yukai, President of the Group, attended the lectures by more than 100 people including senior management and accounting staff of the Group and its subsidiaries.

Focusing on the technical basis of enterprise capital operation, the business model of real estate development and tax preferential policies, combined with the typical representative cases in the current real estate industry competition, Professor Zhou Li needs to pay attention to and prevent problems in the operation of market capital. Analyzed and elaborated, and discussed with the group employees the problems encountered in their own business operations.
 
In the one-day lecture, Professor Zhou Li not only taught capital operation skills and management knowledge, but also helped to build a thinking model for analyzing, discovering and solving problems.
