This training was given by Chen Lizhen of the Group's Human Resources Administration Center. First, through the “Ant Moving” campaign, everyone will re-recognize new partners, form new teams, select team leaders, determine group names and slogans, and show team style. At the beginning, everyone was still somewhat cautious. After a round of self-introduction and mutual understanding, they became more and more relaxed. They all worked together to participate in the design activities displayed by the team.
After a tense and intense discussion, the four teams of "Zhisheng Team", "Invincible Team", "Third Group" and "Smart Men's Team" went on stage to show their style. Each slogan and style show made the atmosphere of the scene become Enthusiastic, laughter continued to come.
After the team style was displayed, the on-site staff posted the posters of each group on the wall. Everyone went up to sign and said that they would work hard for the honor of the group. The atmosphere of teamwork flowed in everyone's mind.
At the beginning of the course, we first draw the most common problems between the boss and the subordinates from a series of data. By letting everyone think about and summarizing the consequences of these problems, we can deduce why we should learn to “manage” the boss.
Next, guide the teams to explore the role of the boss through brainstorming, and send a representative from each group to present their views. After receiving the tasks, the teams immediately began a heated discussion. Together with their own work experience, they actively diverged their thinking, expressed their opinions, and elected a representative to summarize the statement.
By integrating the opinions of each group, the author's role orientation is derived. At the same time, the students are guided to empathy. "What is the boss's most concerned about?" and "How does the boss view his subordinates?"
The course shares how to become a successful subordinate from the four aspects of active maintenance, communication, execution and mentality. In order to let everyone master the knowledge points faster, when it comes to how to communicate effectively with the boss, let the students do the scenario simulation exercises in the classroom through the case. Each group first discussed internally, and then sent two members to practice. The other members commented, and the performers and the audience were fully involved.
The students who took the stage were too deep in the play, and they were the match between the two groups. The slightly nervous and witty performance attracted everyone to laugh and laughed.
Finally, after a fascinating video of the “Eydy's Rebirth”, the teacher summed up the course with the words “transmutation”. As a result, the invincible team worked hard to win the book with the first place.
Managing the boss is not a management in the conventional sense. It means that by understanding the habits of the superiors, mastering the expectations of the superiors, surrendering the results of the work he wants, and letting the boss reassure us. Through this training, the partners from all business sectors have become more connected, and they have more knowledge and skills on how to get along with their superiors. After the course, everyone has established the WeChat learning group to provide a platform for continuous learning and curriculum. I believe that everyone will have more improvement in the future work!
