In order to further accelerate the health, stability and sustainable development of the Group, the Group organized the Group Headquarters, Zhongtian Litong Real Estate and Yinfeng Garden Hotel's middle and senior management personnel to go to North China, East China and Taiwan for field visits and study exchanges. Its purpose and significance are: to broaden horizons, strengthen exchanges, and actively expand cooperation projects.

First, on February 23, 2010, Zhongtian Litong Real Estate, under the leadership of General Manager Xie Canhui, went to the five cities of East China to conduct business projects and study. The commercial projects examined include Hangzhou Tower, Hangzhou Intime Department Store, Shanghai Rose Square Commercial Street, Shanghai Zhoupu Wanda Plaza, Shanghai Xintiandi, Suzhou Jiuguang Department Store, Wuxi Jintaihu International City, Nanjing Water Tour City and other commercial projects.

Second, Mr. Zhang Yukai, President of the Group, led a group of senior executives to Beijing, Wuhan and Changsha on February 25, 2010. Focus on a number of three old renovation projects in the region, such as Beijing's 798 Art District, Sanlitun “3.3” project reconstruction, Changsha Old City Commercial Street renovation and other projects.

Third, recently, hotel executives have been organized to go to Taiwan for study and exchanges and study.

Through the study and study of the first two periods, on the one hand, it absorbs the advanced management concepts and business models to provide a broad space for the development of the Group; the second is to actively expand business projects, strengthen cooperation areas, and enhance the Group's sustainable development.
